Ann rose to the challenge, setting up a simple ceremony with a minister on the beach of Playacar – perfect for the bride, groom and their mothers.

Pet lovers abound in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and the “pet-friendly” atmosphere is growing in the Caribbean vacation hot spot. Many restaurants allow dogs to join their owners on patio or outside seating. Some even offer water and treats to four-legged friends. Locals have unofficially created a mini dog park located at Calle 24 between Avenidas 10 and 20.
Though dogs aren’t allowed on the beach, pet owners can enjoy a long stroll with their “best friends” along the infamous 5th avenue that runs right through the heart of Playa del Carmen…
